Talent Acquisition Advisor

Due to ongoing expansions throughout Western Australia, we are looking for an Experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our operation. Whilst head office is in Kalgoorlie, you will be based at our Subiaco Office. This role will be responsible for providing end-to-end recruitment support across the business with a focus on future growth and developing a talent pool to support our Operations Division.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Defining hiring managers’ requirements and having a good understanding of the right fit for the role in relation to business requirements
  • Work in partnership with Operations to support workforce planning activities
  • End to end recruitment for roles as required
  • Creating role appropriate advertising arrangements
  • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms (LinkedIn, Seek), networking events and job fairs
  • Screening applications using standardised screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates
  • Arranging interviews for, and assisting hiring managers with, the selection of suitable candidates
  • Facilitating reference checking
  • Build talent pools of potential future candidates
  • Development or resourcing strategies
  • Developing and / or improving recruitment processes and associated documents including interview guidelines
  • Reporting on recruitment metrics

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills & attributes:

  • 2 years + experience in Recruitment
  • Experience in the implementation and delivery of talent pipelines
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills with a consultative and proactive approach
  • Strong attention to detail, planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and autonomously
  • Enjoy fast paced environments
